Process

The objective of this project was to define and optimize the user journey for finding spare parts and accessories efficiently, and create a self-service battery replacement solution.

During the Exploration phase, we delve into the challenges, directions, and scope of the project, laying the foundation for understanding the requirements and setting the direction for subsequent stages. To ensure a seamless user experience, I conduct a collaborative workshop with key stakeholders to create an Experience Flow.

To inform the design process, I collaborate closely with data analysts to collect and analyse relevant data to detect potential areas of improvement.

Outcome

  • Defined ideal user journey;
  • Designed solution to aid users in selecting best fitting accessories;
  • North star solution for easy self-service battery replacement.
